- There are 4 types of calamari ring in our freezer. Some of them have fallen out of their packets and are mingling freely with the onion rings.
- It's 41°C here today according to the local morris column. There is no-one on the streets.
- There is a cricket living in the tree outside our apartment, chirping away every night. We've called him Crikey.
