Finally, a word to describe my erratic dietary preference.

Also, for those 087 kids out there, you can now use o2sms to send up to 300 free texts a month. (It's installed on matrix as vodasms.)

From Ron Pickarski

Regarding Flexitarian. The name was trademarked approximately 4 years ago, before it was on anyon's radar screen. I won 7 International Culinary Olympic Medals in Vegetarian cuisine, authored 3 cookbooks on vegetarian cuisine, have been a vegetarian since 1976, worked in professional kitchens 44 years and have a patent pending for a product related to "Flexitarian®.

If one thinks about it philosophically, none of us own anything. We have it's use (i.e. our homes) while we live in and pay the mortgage and/or taxes. But we have only the use of the temporal world while we live in it. So it is with Flexitarian®. Eco-Cuisine has legal ownership of the name, as authorized by the US Patent & Trademark Office, to promote a line of vegan products to support improving the health of our country. And yes, I am in business to make a living with the business idealisms of Banjamin Franklin. His position is that business's primary function is to serve the good of the community while making an honest livng.

Better then irresponsible comment, would it not be productive to ask why I chose to trademark the name and what are my goals with it? I enjoy intelligent commentary and being challenged. I was a Franciscan Monk/Friar for 23 years. There is more to the bottom line then my bank account.

If you want to comment, my email address is ron@eco-cuisine.com. Meanwhile, please use the name to refer to Eco-Cusine's Flexitarian® products or refrain from using the term.

Following is EC's Flexitan® Statement.
