#71. Back to School

Back in college today. Everything is the same and everything is different. Same people in class. A large porportion of which are idiots. A lecturer today told them to "stop with the dumass comments" which we were all subjected to after everything he said. That sums it up really; there's a large beavis component.
About 5-10 people got eyebrow piercings, so in a way I'm sorta glad mine came out as I don't really want to have anything in common with some of these people. It's not a big headed thing. It's just me asserting my individuality. If I had still had the piercing in, I would have taken it out or perhaps got some new spiky jewelery or something.
What's majorly different this year is that I'm no longer going out with M. Which means that I probably should be more social and make an effort to interact with people. Try and sit up the front and participate rather than at the back, alternating between brooding and snoozing. I don't think that's going to happen. For example, I'm currently sitting in the computer lab listening to Type O Negative at high volumes (to prove a point) and chatting with Ste in order to drown out the inane chatter and infinitely irritating ring tones in this room.
So, an interesting Saturday night in Fibbers. We made Cliph drunk. Or, in his words, "I'm not drunk, I just have a bit of a headache". It all went crazy when I "subtley" poured some of his WKD into my pint (eugh). He noticed this and wanted back an equal volume of what was displaced - in beer. He subsequently performed the same trick with Ste's pint and proceeded to confuse himself greatly about someone's tights, or rather lack thereof.
