It has been our belief that some administrators are hesitant to impose mandates. The inclusion of this question in this year’s survey demonstrates that organizations are serious in their attempt to identify and curb travel costs, as well as increase use of preferred suppliers and agencies.

With corporate savings at the forefront, a growing number of organizations are willing to mandate corporate card use, regardless of the potential conflict with frequent travelers who are collecting miles/points with their personal "affinity" cards.
