About mackers
Mackers spends his time knocking about on the interweb, endlessy checking mail and news and looking for something productive to do. This has lead to a few scripts and programs to make his life easier, many of which are on these very pages. Most of which he made for himself, but is glad that other people use them too. Be warned, however, mackers should not be called a nerd, for fear of a kick in the eye.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland he now abodes in Valencia, Spain. The beer is cheaper here.
Having just completed a degree in computery something, mackers should probably also be worrying about what to do with the rest of his life. Mortgages and babies and all that stuff. Instead, he'll probably do a bit of work here and there, before taking himself off to see the world. There's also a slim chance of him returning to academia for some sort of postgrad or something completely different.
